We really loved this restaurant. It’s very close to the sea and has a lovely atmosphere. Whenever we got tired of the sun, we would sit in the shaded area, but when it got a bit chilly, we also enjoyed sitting in the sunny part.
We tried the wine, which cost €19.5 per bottle. It’s not very expensive, just moderately priced. The day before, we also tried their ice coffee, which was really good. However, if you’re lactose intolerant, please be careful. They don’t have lactose-free milk, and only offer oat milk. Even then, we were not served oat milk in our coffee, so they may not be very careful with dietary restrictions.
We visited this place twice during our short three-day trip, and we really enjoyed it both times. A lovely spot with a relaxed vibe and beautiful sea views!

If you’re looking for the perfect seaside spot in Faro, Wax hits all the right notes – literally and figuratively! Situated right on the beach, it offers uninterrupted ocean views, golden sand underfoot, and that laid-back, coastal energy that just makes you want to linger.
Even though we didn’t eat here, we were blown away by the setting, the atmosphere, and the vibe. The drink selection is remarkable and extensive – whether you’re in the mood for something fresh and fruity or just a usual favourite, they’ve got you covered.
And then… the music! The playlist was absolute gold – packed with feel-good classics and sing-along favourites that kept the energy upbeat without ever feeling intrusive. It really added to the magic of the place.
The service was warm and easy-going, and despite how busy it was, everything ran smoothly. It’s the kind of place where you can come straight off the beach and just be.

This is a lovely restaurant bar in a brilliant location. The staff are very friendly and the food and drinks and lovely. We visited several times during our visit.

I've been here before and let me tell you, it hasn't always been a great experience. But last week? Wow, it was absolutely PERFECT! I think we must have had a different chef! I can't recommend this place enough! And the view? Simply priceless!😍😍😍

Great view of the ocean from any of the outdoor seats. Very clean. The staff was excellent and all spoke English very well. It wasn’t very busy. The menu offered great items, although some portions were a bit small and needed to be complemented with the delicious desserts. The toilets were clean. No complaints about the cost compared to other competitors in the area. You have to give it a try.

It was a wonderful experience! Super friendly and kind staff. Absolutely delicious food and stunning view of a sunset in Faro! We were looking for a place with nice seafood and I am totally convinced - it is the best in the neighborhood! One of those places you wish you were back. Can't wait to return 😉

Yummy food with a gorgeous beach view. Perfect for a low key lunch on Faro Beach. Very appreciative of their allergen menu too!

I had one of the best burgers in my life eating here 🤩 We had a bottle of wine with it and this combo with beautiful sunset and friendly staff made my day!!

The very best location. They serve amazing food and cocktails. It's right on the beach. They have sunbeds too. So you can spend the whole day here.

Lovely restaurant by the beach, with space both inside and outdoor. The food was outstanding and the service was great, in particular Gustavo was friendly and helpful. Very good selection of local wines also.
